The goalkeepers learn to defend shots from different positions and distances and to keep focused at all times.

If you have another goalkeeper available to simulate the attacker, let him practice shooting with both feet directly!

Pro-Tip by Roland Rasch

If I'm the attacker, I always suggest a bet to the goalkeepers. If they fend off more than half of the shots, I clean up the training material alone at the end of the training. If they don't succeed, I am freed from tidying up. Fun must be fun!
