Switch plays and outplaying opponents is a major task for a modern goalkeeper. The game intelligence approach classifies football actions into four phases, from perception to understanding to decision making and finally to the technical execution. This drills trains all four phases!

Pro-Tip by Peter Rasch

In this situation, I want my keepers to use a two touch approach. When the pressure is on in the match, my keepers must be the team's calm anchor. Direct passing is only advised when clearing by striking a long ball.
