To encourage risk-taking, I won't comment too much on the performance of the first 3-5 reps. This way I give my goalkeepers a change to develop into taking risks with crossing!

Option 2 is a great way to spot cheaters – I often strike directly at the near post and score, because my keepers wouldn't expect that variant!
