Agile movements and fast directional changes (acyclic runs) are keys to master different game situations. This drill teaches movement techniques and automates fast directional changes.

Pro-Tip by Peter Rasch

The moment my keepers know this drill well, I'll set up hurdle with two slalom poles and streamer. The keepers now have to dive for a high save. Ensure you replace the cones/pylons with something more soft, like soft rubber markers for safety.
