We want to teach our keepers to stay on their feet, but sometimes you have to get into action from a kneeing position. Think of a rebound!

Pro-Tip by Peter Rasch

The keepers should use their upper hand with shots far above head height. Throw balls for younger keepers controlled with both hands! If your ability to serve permits, serve volleys for more experienced keepers.

Pro-Tip by Roland Rasch

Pushing off and landing after the dive put enormous strains on the keeper's body. Pay attention for a solid load-management and plenty of breaks.
