How do I train catching high fly balls?

The goalkeepers learn how to catch high balls by jumping off using the swinging leg.

Pro-Tip by Tim Brandes

The trick with catching high fly balls is to not put your hands too much in a frontal position. Try to get hold and a firm grip on the sides and use your index finger and thumb to control the movement of the ball.
