Pro-Tip by Roland Rasch

The strain is high in this drill. Get them enough breaks, should you only have one or two keepers.

Pro-Tip by Peter Rasch

Discipline is a major part of my goalkeeper training. From my perspective as the coach: will I serve my next ball from the grass or volley from my hands? If I serve from the grass, the keeper must roll it back to me. If I serve a volley from my hands, I need the ball thrown back. Get your keepers to think!

Training goalkeepers has to be fun and there has to be a high level of energy! With me, there is always action. Fun, ambition and discipline in goalkeeper training – that's my philosophy.
